Yes I do enjoy email and all its wonders. Perhaps there was another quality to email that wasn't noted in "Fluency with Information Technology Skills, Concepts, Capabilities" by Lawrence Snyder. He mentions such qualities like "asynchronous" & a "multicast property". One great feature that I like about email is the ability to title or identify the subject of the email itself. It sets the tone, mood, or feeling of the emotion and content of which your are sending. Also the formal of informal uses of the format of text could have an impact on the overall presentation of the message being conveyed.

Using an informal or formal setup of our words and how they are presented when they are in front of us can affect our overall experience of the conversation/communication. With that being said another form of netiquette could be Format Your Text: By laying out a format it gives your reader insight to the tone of the conversation. On bit of information that I did take away form the read was the idea of picking one topic at a time. I know I am guilty of doing it through Instant Messaging, I get asked a couple things right in a row, I generally answer just one . So it ring true to me, If you wants an answer, spread out the questions.
